The Office of Career Development is located in Cavanaugh Hall, Room 243. We offer virtual and in-person consultations.

The Office of Career Development prepares, supports, and advises you on each step of your career path. We serve undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni.

Not sure how to get started? You aren’t alone. We are here to help you throughout the career planning process—from identifying your career goals and building professional connections to polishing your resume and preparing for job interviews or graduate school. 

Wherever you are in your journey, we have the resources and knowledgeable team members to help you prepare for campus jobs and internships, build your professional profile, plan your career, and tell your Liberal Arts story to employers.

We're happy to meet with you in person or online. Visit our office in Cavanaugh Hall, Room 243, call 317-278-1224, or schedule an appointment by using the online Student Appointment Scheduler (SAS).

  1. Sign in to One.IU.edu.
  2. Search for and select Student Appointment Scheduler.
  3. Select Search for other advisors.
  4. Enter Liberal Arts career to locate a career consultant and schedule your appointment.
